Raymond R. Mitchell - President

Raymond R. Mitchell founded Tiger Stripe Resources, LLC, with the mission of bringing a higher standard of quality, ethics and professionalism to the landman industry.  Mr. Mitchell is a graduate of the University of Missouri (B.A. Political Science, 1992) and the University of Houston School of Law (Juris Doctorate, 1995).    He is licensed to practice law in both the State of Texas and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.   From 1995 to 1998, Mr. Mitchell was an associate with the law firm of Perdue, Brandon, Fielder, Collins & Mott, LLP, practicing solely in the area of ad valorem property tax law.   Since 1998, he has worked as a field landman (establishing Tiger Stripe in 2008) and title opinion attorney, with experience throughout the United States.   Mr. Mitchell is a member of the State Bar of Texas Oil & Gas Division, the American Association of Petroleum Landmen, the Houston Association of Petroleum Landmen, and the Texas Oil & Gas Association.    He is a native Texan and a family man with a strong sense of traditional values.   Married to his wife Sharon since 1992, they have two beautiful daughters, Abigail and Hannah.

Diane Whitcomb - Vice President

It was a tremendous accomplishment for Tiger Stripe in 2013 when Diane Whitcomb agreed to join the company as not only a senior landman and project manager, but also as the head of our mapping department.  In 2015, she was named Vice President, and continues to add to the quality of the company on a daily basis.  Ms. Whitcomb is a graduate of Trinity University (B.A. Business Administration/Management, Cum Laude, 2004), and has worked since 2005 as a senior petroleum landman, reviewing and managing numerous projects.   In addition to her landman experience, Diane has an extensive knowledge of AutoCad design, which will help take Tiger Stripe’s mapping to the next level.   She is a member of the American Association of Petroleum Landmen, and the Houston Association of Petroleum Landmen.   Diane brings to Tiger Stripe not only her years of experience and expertise, but also a strong personal work ethic and level of professionalism that cannot be taught.   She and her husband, Phillip, have a beautiful little girl, Juliette, and a charming little boy, William.



Britni Key - Senior Landman/Marketing Manager

Britni Key joined the Tiger Stripe team in 2006 as the full time marketing manager, but also brought with her a strong set of landman skills that have proved to be invaluable.   Ms. Key is a graduate of Southwest Texas State University (B.A. - Business Administration/Marketing, 2001), and a former President of the American Advertising Federation.   She is also a former Vice President of the American Marketing Association, and was an account executive at Clear Channel Communications.  Ms. Key is a member of the Director's Club of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo (becoming a Captain on the committee in 2008), the Houston Association of Petroleum Landmen, and the American Association of Petroleum Landmen.  Since 2005, Ms. Key has put her people skills to good use in the petroleum industry working as a contract field landman.   She has extensive experience in Southeast  and Central Texas, as well as the Fayetteville Shale area in Arkansas.  Britni and her husband William have two beautiful twin daughters, Addelin & Anaclare, and a rambunctious son, Bennet.
